We are pleased to present the main outcomes of our 2025 stewardship activity, reflecting our engagement with 2,948 unique issuers and votes at General Meetings covering 7,852 companies.
This activity, carried out by a team of more than 40 experts based in five countries, is one of the pillars of our responsible investment policy, grounded in the belief that sustainability is fundamental to healthy, long-term economic growth.
We engage in in-depth dialogue with companies to encourage them to improve their environmental, social and governance practices. Our technical expertise, together with the scale and consistency of our shareholder engagement, is designed to create sustainable value for our clients.
Key Engagement Figures:
The number of dialogues increased across all geographic regions, with particularly strong growth in emerging markets, where it has increased 2.7-fold since 2021.
Engagement performed on multiple key sustainability factors:
Climate: 1,700 engaged issuers
Natural Capital preservation: 901 engaged issuers
Human Capital and Human Rights: 843 engaged issuers
The coverage extends to a significant share of the market capitalization of major benchmarks, including 95% of the MSCI World equity index and 76% of the Bloomberg Global Corporate index.
45% of engagements closed in 2025 led to a positive outcome, with the issuer having largely achieved key performance indicators or being on track to do so.
Key Voting Figures:
Support was given to 86% of climate-related shareholder resolutions.
26% of company-submitted resolutions were opposed for not fully meeting our high standards.
