Acquisition of Alpha Associates

On Wednesday 7 February, Amundi announced the acquisition of Alpha Associates, the Swiss-based specialist in multi-management in real assets (private debt, infrastructure and private equity), which has a strong presence with 100 institutional clients.

The combination of Alpha Associates and Amundi's corresponding activities will create a new European leader in multi-management in private assets, whose expertise can be distributed to Amundi's institutional clients and adapted to the needs of retail clients.
